Return Policy

Effective January 01, 2025

At Jackson Mattress Shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us first by calling 307-734-9111 or emailing sales@jacksonmattressshop.com. Please provide the following information:

  • Your full name

  • The product name or model

  • Proof of purchase

Below are our detailed return policies for each product category:

  • Mattresses

    • Stearns & Foster® and Tempur-Pedic® Mattresses:

      • Enjoy a 90-Night Trial Period. We ask that you try your mattress for at least 30 nights.

      • If, within the first 90 nights, you are not satisfied, contact us and a representative will assist you.

      • After 90 nights, your mattress is protected by the manufacturer’s 10-Year Limited Warranty.

    • Sealy® Mattresses:

      • Sealy mattresses are not eligible for returns but are covered by their 10-Year Limited Warranty.

    • Important Conditions for Mattress Returns:

      • A mattress protector must be used during the 90-Night Trial Period to qualify for a return.

      • For mattresses damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.

    • Return Fees and Conditions:

      • Mattresses must be returned to the store location. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

      • A return fee of $149–$249 may apply.

      • Floor model mattresses are not eligible for returns and are only covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Foundations and Power Bases

    • Foundations and Sealy® Ease Power Bases are non-returnable.

    • The Sealy® Ease Power Base comes with a 3-Year Full Parts and Labor Warranty and a 25-Year Limited Warranty on the frame.

  • Pillows, Sheets, and Protectors

    • Due to the personal nature of these products:

      • Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged at delivery or has a product defect.

      • All items are covered by a warranty to protect your investment.

  • Furniture

    • Furniture returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

    • To qualify for a return, furniture must be functional, clean, and undamaged.

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

    • Once the returned item arrives at our location, we will inspect it before processing the return.

    • For damaged furniture delivered to your home, notify us within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.

    • Each piece of furniture is backed by a warranty to ensure your investment is protected.
